The harvest of the ripe grapes takes place early morning. The maceration takes place in the press for 8 hours, then the wine is pressed and fermented in a vat at a constant temperature of 14°C.
The 2018 vintage includes only 3,300 numbered bottles.
The nose reveals a fruity and flowery taste. A long and rich finish.
