The harvest takes place early to keep the grapes fresh. Immediately after picking, the grapes are placed in the press. The fermentation then takes place at a constant temperature of 14°C. The effervescence is achieved using the Charmat method.

Château Isolette is a vineyard located in the Rhône valley, with 35 hectares of vines in the heart of the Luberon National Park.
