The harvest takes place early morning. Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are placed in the press. The must from the first press undergoes cold clarification. The fermentation of the wine then takes place in a vat at a constant temperature of 13-15°C.
A finely balanced wine with a vibrant acidity. A long and fruity finish.
