Wine produced in a traditional way. The must is first undergoes semi-carbonic maceration at a constant temperature of 25°C for 15-20 days. 80% of the maturing takes place in a concrete vat and 20% in 600 litre oak barrels. The wine is lightly filtered before making its way into the bottle. The grapes grow on 40-60 year-old vines.

Château Isolette is a vineyard located in the Rhône valley, with 35 hectares of vines in the heart of the Luberon National Park.
Our wines are made using traditional winemaking methods, supervised by winemakers who have been linked to the Estate for many years. Our manufacturing processes, perfected over the years and combining tradition and modernity, have forged the authentic and artisanal character of our wines.
