The wine comes from noble, 20-year-old vines. It is produced in a traditional way. In the beginning the must is subjected to semi-carbonic maceration at a constant temperature of 25°C, and then it is fermented in a concrete vat.
The nose reveals an aroma of caramelised fruit. The taste is consistent, round and pleasant.
Château Isolette is a vineyard located in the Rhône valley, with 45 hectares of vines in the heart of the Luberon National Park..
Our wines are made using traditional winemaking methods, supervised by winemakers who have been linked to the Estate for many years. Our manufacturing processes, perfected over the years and combining tradition and modernity, have forged the authentic and artisanal character of our wines.
