Vinification is traditionally carried out in concrete vats. Matured in barrels for 18 months. Lightly filtered before bottling. The 2013 Vintage includes only 2,600 numbered bottles. It comes from age-old vines, between 40 and 60 years old.
The bouquet combines candied red fruits, raisins, plums. Expressive and noble. The taste is saturated with palatable tannins.
