These wines are produced from the youngest vines on our vineyard  - 10 to 20 years old.

Grapes for white  and rosé wines are pressed immediately after harvest, than the must undergo cold clarification and vinification is held in the constant  temperature of 14 ° C.

For red wines, the grapes are placed in maceration vats for 8 days  at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C.

Château Isolette is a vineyard located in the Rhône valley, with 35 hectares of vines in the heart of the Luberon National Park.

Our wines are made using traditional winemaking methods, supervised by winemakers who have been linked to the Estate for many years. Our manufacturing processes, perfected over the years and combining tradition and modernity, have forged the authentic and artisanal character of our wines.
