Selection
Selected from vines aged between 15 and 30 years old, they are harvested when fairly ripe from plots with set yields (≃40hl/ha) and then:
The white and rosé wines are subject to direct pressing, cold settling and vinification in the temperature-controlled cellar at a temperature of 14°C.
The red wines are vatted and go through the process of semi-carbonic maceration. Fermentation lasts from 8 to 10 days at a regulated temperature of 25°C with rousing at regular intervals.
Fruity and floral, to be enjoyed as of now both as an aperitif and during a meal.
VINEYARD
Château Isolette is a vineyard located in the Rhône valley, with 35 hectares of vines in the heart of the Luberon National Park.
Our wines are made using traditional winemaking methods, supervised by winemakers who have been linked to the Estate for many years. Our manufacturing processes, perfected over the years and combining tradition and modernity, have forged the authentic and artisanal character of our wines.
With Château Isolette you will be able to taste the quintessence of the know-how of our House and the Provençal terroir, this elegant marriage between strength and freshness which allows us to obtain harmonious and balanced wines.
Perhaps this is the start of a beautiful friendship ...
