At the heart of Provence and the Southern Rhône, the Luberon gives rosé wines a distinctive expression shaped by its Mediterranean climate, altitude and cool nights.
Château Isolette explores two expressions of rosé: Marius, fresh and convivial, made for aperitifs and shared moments, and Ondine, our Signature rosé, more precise and refined, with red berry, delicate spice and garrigue notes.
Grapes for our rosé wines are harvested at night or early in the morning to preserve freshness and aromatic expression.
